We work in boots, around trades, guests and game clocks, and we plan coverage so nobody has to stop what they are doing.
Then we turn it around fast. Edited galleries land while the project is still current, ready for listings, proposals, press and social — no waiting weeks for files.
07Questions
Answers before the quote
Specifics — timelines, crew, travel, licensing and deliverables — are confirmed in writing on your quote. Here is how each one is handled.
- How long does delivery take?
- Turnaround depends on the size of the shoot and the edit involved, so a delivery date is set with you and written on your quote before the shoot is booked. If you have a hard deadline — a listing date, an opening, a game — say so up front and we scope the job around it.
- What do I actually receive?
- Deliverables are listed on your quote: which edited files, which sizes and crops, and any video cuts included. Formats, resolutions and the number of finals are agreed there rather than assumed, so you know exactly what lands before anyone shoots anything.
- How many people are on the shoot?
- Crew size is scoped to the job and stated on the quote. A small interior set is usually one person; larger sites, events or multi-camera video are quoted with the extra crew included.
- Do you travel outside Thunder Bay?
- Yes. Work outside the city is quoted with any travel shown as its own line before the booking is confirmed, so travel is never added after the shoot.
- How can I use the images?
- Usage is licensed for the purposes written on your quote — listings, marketing, social, print, internal use — and can be broadened if you ask before we invoice. Copyright stays with Views Creative unless a written agreement says otherwise.
- Can you shoot video as well as photos?
- Yes, photo and video can be combined in one visit. What is included, how long the cuts run and how many versions you get are set out on the quote for your project.
- What happens if weather or access falls through?
- Outdoor and site work is rescheduled by agreement. The reschedule, cancellation and deposit terms that apply to your booking are on your quote and in our terms of service.
