Site safety & conduct
Views Creative shoots on active construction, industrial, hospitality and event sites. This page sets out how we work on location. Site-specific requirements are confirmed with your team before the shoot.

We follow the site's rules
The constructor's or occupier's rules take precedence over anything we would normally do. We sign in, complete the site orientation, follow posted restrictions and take direction from the site supervisor.
PPE and access
We arrive with standard personal protective equipment — hard hat, safety glasses, hi-vis and CSA-approved footwear — and wear it wherever the site requires it. Tell us in advance if your site requires anything additional or a specific orientation, certification or escort, and we will confirm before the date is held.
Working around trades and schedules
We work around production, not the other way around. We stay clear of active lifts, swing zones and traffic routes, do not ask crews to pose in unsafe positions or remove protective equipment for a photo, and we pause if a task needs the space.
Events, venues and crowds
At events we work to the venue's and organiser's directions, stay out of egress paths, and respect any restricted areas, stage rules or media zones.
Incidents and hazards
If we see an unsafe condition we report it to the site contact rather than shoot around it. Any incident involving us on site is reported immediately to the site supervisor and to the client.
Insurance and documentation
If your project requires proof of insurance, WSIB clearance or a completed contractor pre-qualification package, request it at viewmarco08@gmail.com or (807) 355-9770 and we will provide current documentation before the shoot.
