This site is operated by Views Creative from Thunder Bay. You can reach us at viewmarco08@gmail.com or (807) 355-9770. We do not publish a street address on this site.

This website does not take payments, process credit cards, or run any kind of online store. All pricing, deposits and final payment are agreed directly between you and Views Creative by invoice, e-transfer, or another offline method. No financial information is collected through this site.

We do not send bulk or unsolicited marketing messages. We only reply to people who contact us first. If you choose to opt in to occasional updates on the enquiry form, you can unsubscribe from any message and we will remove you from the list promptly.

This website exists to show our photography and video work and to let you request a shoot. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract, hold a date, or form a client relationship. A booking exists only once we confirm it in writing and any agreed deposit is received.

Dates and times chosen in the scheduler are requests, not confirmed bookings. We reply to confirm availability and a flat quote before anything is locked in.

Placeholder terms, to be confirmed: rescheduling is free with at least 48 hours' notice; cancellations inside 48 hours may be charged a call-out fee; outdoor shoots cancelled for weather are rescheduled at no charge. The terms on your written quote govern if they differ from this page.

All photographs, video, text, layout and code on this site are owned by Views Creative or used with permission, and are protected by Canadian copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, resell or use any image from this site — including for training machine-learning models — without written permission.

Work delivered to a client is licensed for the uses set out in that client's quote. Copyright in the images remains with Views Creative unless a written agreement transfers it.

We keep the site accurate, but content is provided for general information and may change without notice. Galleries show past work and are not a guarantee of a specific outcome, style or turnaround on your project. Before-and-after comparisons are illustrative; results vary by location, light and subject.

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, scrape it at scale, or submit the enquiry form automatically or abusively. Good-faith security researchers should use the contact in our security.txt file.

Where we link to another site, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or privacy practices.

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Views Creative is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits rights you have under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction.
