Booking
Booking & cancellation
How a shoot gets booked, moved or cancelled. Rates, deposits and dates are confirmed in writing on your quote, and the quote governs if it differs from this page.

How a booking is confirmed
An enquiry through this site or by phone starts a conversation, not a booking. A date is held once we have sent a written quote covering scope, deliverables and rate and you have accepted it in writing.
Deposits
Some projects require a deposit to hold a date. Whether a deposit applies, how much it is and whether it is refundable is stated on the quote before you accept. This site does not take online payments; invoicing and payment happen directly with Views Creative.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Plans change on real job sites, so tell us as early as you can. Where notice is short and the time cannot be re-booked, a portion of the fee may still be payable; the notice window and any charge are set on your quote.
If we have to cancel or move a date, we offer the next available slot and you are not charged for the change.
Weather, site access and delays
Exterior work depends on light and weather. If conditions or site access make the shoot unusable, we reschedule to the next workable window at no extra booking charge. On-site waiting beyond the scheduled window may be billed as additional time where the quote provides for it.
Scope changes on the day
Extra rooms, units, locations, people or deliverables added on the day are quoted before we shoot them. We will not add charges you have not agreed to.
Delivery and payment
Turnaround, file counts and formats are set on the quote for the specific project. Invoices are issued directly and payment terms appear on the invoice. Questions: viewmarco08@gmail.com or (807) 355-9770.
