Release & consent
Photo & subject release
This page explains how Views Creative handles people, property and portfolio use on a shoot. The written quote for your project governs if anything differs from this page.

Consent on site
Before a shoot begins we confirm with the client who is authorised to allow filming and photography at the location. Where identifiable people appear as a subject of a shot, we ask for their permission on site, and we stop or reframe if someone declines.
For construction, industrial and event work, the client is responsible for notifying crews, staff or attendees that photography and video capture is taking place at the scheduled time.
Minors
Where a person under the age of majority is an identifiable subject, we require permission from a parent or guardian, arranged through the client before the shoot.
Portfolio and promotional use
Unless your quote says otherwise, we may show selected images or clips from a project in this portfolio, on social channels and in proposals. We do not sell or license your images to third parties, and we do not use them in paid advertising for another business.
If your project is confidential — an unreleased space, a private residence, a client-sensitive site — tell us before the shoot and we will mark it no-portfolio on the quote.
Property and locations
Photographs of a building, unit or site are made with the permission of the owner, occupant or their agent. Where a location has its own filming rules, those rules apply and we work within them.
Removal requests
If you appear in a photograph or clip published on this site and you want it removed, email viewmarco08@gmail.com or call (807) 355-9770 with enough detail to identify the image. We remove published portfolio material on request, normally within a few business days, without asking for a reason.
