Views Creative operates this website from Thunder Bay. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the booking enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), the project type, your preferred shoot date and time, any timeline notes, your message, and whether you opted in to occasional updates. We use it for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and arrange a shoot.

Please do not include sensitive information — health details, financial account numbers, or government identifiers — in the form.

We do not sell personal information, we do not use it for automated decision-making, and we do not build advertising profiles.

This website does not process payments, store credit card numbers, or collect any financial information. If a shoot is booked, payment is arranged separately by invoice, e-transfer, or another method agreed directly between you and Views Creative.

We do not send bulk or unsolicited marketing emails. We only email people who have contacted us first through this form, by email, or by phone. The optional checkbox on the form is the only way we add someone to an occasional-update list, and it is unchecked by default. Every update email includes an unsubscribe link.

Submitting the enquiry form is your consent to be contacted about that specific enquiry. Marketing updates require a separate, unchecked opt-in on the form, and you can withdraw either consent at any time by emailing viewmarco08@gmail.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect work already agreed in a signed contract.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and no third-party tracking pixels. It uses one piece of essential browser storage: a session-storage key (views:intro-played) that remembers whether the opening animation has already played, so it does not replay on every page you view. It contains no personal information and it is cleared when you close the tab.

Because only essential storage is used, no consent banner is imposed. If analytics are ever added, consent will be requested before anything fires and this section will be updated first.

Enquiries are delivered to the Views Creative inbox and to the hosting platform that serves this site. Hosting and email providers may process data outside Canada, which means it can be subject to the laws of the country where it is stored. We use reputable providers and share your information with no one else, unless we are legally required to.

The site is served over HTTPS, submissions are validated on the server, and the form is rate-limited to limit automated abuse. Access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to answer you.

Enquiries are kept for 12 months unless they turn into a booking, in which case the related records are kept for as long as business and tax records require and then securely deleted. Marketing consent records are kept until you unsubscribe, plus a reasonable period afterwards as proof of consent.

You can ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email viewmarco08@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.

If you contact us from the European Union or the United Kingdom, we rely on your consent, or on our legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry, as the legal basis for handling your information. You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you can withdraw consent at any time by emailing viewmarco08@gmail.com.

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If a shoot involves minors, written consent is obtained from a parent or guardian before any image is used.

If this policy changes materially, the updated date at the top of this page changes with it.
